IMPORTANT: Some engines have longer output shafts and may require the optional 1/4″ gearbox spacers for proper installation. Predator engines are the most common example. If your engine has a longer shaft, please add the gearbox spacer kit available on this page.
*The flange should be flush to engine when fully seated to avoid damage while tightening bolts. If not flush when fully seated on shaft, then spacers are required.
The CT 4066 GB is one of our premium 22 mm plunger pumps. Physically larger than our 15 mm & 18mm plunger pumps of similar pressure, these are our direct-drive gas pumps with the highest flow rate, suited for the most demanding high flow applications.
Detachable unloader valves make replacements and upgrades a cinch. Choose from either the standard unloader valve or a premium extended bypass unloader kit, which allows water to stay cooler for longer and increases the amount of time you can run a pressure washer in bypass mode without spraying.
Gearbox Drive for Extended Durability
This pump features a gearbox drive system, which reduces operating speed significantly compared to direct drive pumps. While direct drive units typically run at around 3400 rpm, gearbox-driven pumps operate at much lower speeds — often between 1500 and 1750 rpm depending on the configuration. This slower operation reduces wear and heat, resulting in longer pump life and making it ideal for commercial and continuous-use applications.
