Description
The Bertolini CS 1512 LCK is a heavy-duty triplex plunger pump engineered for continuous-duty industrial applications requiring high reliability and long service life. Designed with a cast iron pump head, ceramic plungers, and stainless steel check valves, it delivers excellent durability, efficient performance, and dependable sealing under demanding operating conditions. This is a replacement pump for the Pratissoli KT40A pump.
Cast Iron Head Advantages
- Higher mechanical strength than brass, allowing the pump to better withstand water hammer
- Greater wear resistance in the presence of abrasive particles
- Better vibration damping capability, resulting in lower noise levels
The new check valve design combines the advantages of a disc valve (low inertia and fast opening response) with those of a ball valve (superior sealing performance over time).
